• The original invoice must be available in paper or electronic form
• The item must be in the same condition when purchased, wrapped in the original packaging, and has not been opened or attempted to be opened or tried
• Return within 3 days and exchange within 6 days:
• From the date and time of purchase from the branch
• From the date of receiving the shipment for orders from the website
• In cases of canceling the order before shipment, the payment process is reversed according to the Saudi Central Bank system (on the same card and takes 1-14 working days).
• If the payment process cannot be reversed in cases of order cancellation, we will transfer the remaining amount to the customer after deducting (the process completion fee is a maximum of 3% + bank transfer fees + value added tax)
• The customer must ensure the safety of the shipment immediately upon receiving it from the shipping company, as receiving it is an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
• Warranty of the devices with the local agent, in the event of any manufacturing problem in the product, the customer goes to the local agent to take advantage of the warranty according to the system of the Ministry of Commerce.
• We regret not to return or exchange products at all in the following cases only:
• The product has been opened in factory packaging
• Products with malfunctions or defects caused by misuse (such as: breakage, scratches, misuse, etc.), determined based on product inspection by our team
• Computer software, games, code, and shipping cards
